Editorial Guidelines
How RankSEOTool approaches accuracy, transparency, and updates across tools and educational content — including practices that support trustworthy publishing for readers and ad review programs.
Purpose of this policy
RankSEOTool publishes tools and educational content to help practitioners measure search visibility and improve on-page and off-page SEO work. This editorial policy explains how we create, review, and update that material so readers and partners can evaluate our standards.
We do not claim Google AdSense approval, guaranteed rankings, or exclusive access to Google’s internal systems. Search outcomes and advertising program decisions remain solely under Google’s control.
Data verification protocols
Tool outputs that depend on third-party SERP or related providers are presented as snapshots for the locale and device selected at request time. When a live provider key is not configured, interfaces show clearly labeled sample or demo data so users can explore the product without mistaking placeholders for production measurements.
Estimates such as search volume and keyword difficulty are directional prioritization aids, not exact traffic forecasts. Scores (on-page, difficulty, link profile, AI visibility) summarize factors the specific tool measures; they are not official grades from any search engine.
Technical claims about search engine behavior cite primary documentation when practical (for example, Google Search Central) and avoid absolute guarantees about ranking outcomes.
Independence and conflicts
Editorial explanations describe RankSEOTool features honestly, including limitations. We do not invent customers, testimonials, partnership badges, or employee credentials.
If future sponsored content or affiliate relationships appear, they will be labeled as such. Product comparisons avoid fabricated prices; readers should verify third-party pricing on vendor sites.
Content refresh schedule
Pillar guides and tool explainers are reviewed when product capabilities change, when search UI patterns shift in ways that affect our instructions, or at least on a periodic editorial pass aimed at keeping examples and internal links current.
Legal pages (Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Disclaimer) show a last-updated context and are revised when practices or regulations relevant to the site change.
Changelog notes on What’s New document material product updates so readers can see what shipped and when.
Corrections
If you find a factual error in a guide or tool description, contact us via the contact form or support@rankseotool.com. We investigate material issues and correct the page when warranted, without silently rewriting history on legal commitments.
