RankSEOTool provides a suite of online SEO tools, including rank tracking, bulk rank checking, and local rank checking. The tools query search engine results to report keyword rankings and related metrics.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the RankSEOTool website and tools. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

You agree to use RankSEOTool only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, the service by any third party.

The RankSEOTool tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that results are error-free, uninterrupted, or that rankings will improve as a result of using the tools.

Search engine rankings are determined by third-party search providers and fluctuate constantly. RankSEOTool reports data returned by those providers and cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankSEOTool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the service.

The RankSEOTool name, logo, website design, tool interfaces, and original content are the property of RankSEOTool.com and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our branding or content without prior written permission. Search result data returned by the tools is sourced from third-party providers and remains subject to their terms.

If RankSEOTool exposes an API, you may use it in accordance with any applicable API documentation and rate limits. You agree not to abuse the API, exceed documented rate limits, or use it to build a competing service.

API access may be suspended or terminated at our discretion if usage threatens the stability of the service or violates these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RankSEOTool operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before pursuing formal dispute resolution, we encourage you to contact us at support@rankseotool.com — many issues can be resolved informally.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as permitted by law.

You may stop using RankSEOTool at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
